sales notices, and special promotions.

Ordering Methods & Payment Methods-
All orders can be placed thru our secure shopping cart. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via our secure website.
Time Sensitive Orders
If, you require your order by a particular date please let us know ! Please send us an emailed asking if this date is possible after placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org We have a lot of custom-made products which could take up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. We have some items
that might be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Out of Stock
If, an item is on backorder or out of stock you will be contacted via email regarding the estimate time
of arrival. You will also be given the option to cancel order.
Mistakes Do Happen

Returns & Refund Policy
We want your shopping experience with EQI to be a great one. If, the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately in writing to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packaging.
Dated products are not returnable. To complete your return , we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If, 30 days have gone by since your purchase the product or products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Dated and seasonal products are non-returnable. Custom orders are non-returnable and there are no returns on Salle items as well. Returned products must be absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If, you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days or sooner. If, you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account again. Second contact your credit card company, it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If, you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non - refundable
